Finding the killer product especially in these times of recession is no easy task. But that's exactly what clock maker and jewellery retailer Sykes Jewellers managed. They became retailers for the highly successful Danish jewellery company Aggard who make and sell the Lovelinks range of products. Sykes knew they were onto a good thing straight away. Lovelinks seems to have a life of it's own with customers making repeat purchases of the huge range of individual links and other items.
Obviously they needed a web presence and this is where we came in. Whilst in the initial stage they just wanted to raise the presence as a stockist. Indeed, since the site has been up and running it is reaching No 1 in the Google listings and is bringing in customers from all over the UK.
Because of the huge popularity of the Lovelinks brand supply can sometimes be an issue. Because of this for the time being they have decided not to offer an on-line shopping service, wishing to concentrate on personal service and the ability to fulfill orders from stock. The next stage is to move to an online retail presence.
